Product Manager, Terminal - Unified Commerce

About the team Stripe Terminal helps our users extend their online presence to the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a superb retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event. Terminal is one of the fastest growing products at Stripe and we are building a uniquely powerful unified commerce platform for global enterprises, offering a single integration to unlock in-person payments, fast and low cost cross-border money movement, AI powered optimizations and fraud protection, reporting and differentiated ways to pay. As the Terminal Unified Commerce PM, you will be responsible for building this end to end platform. You will: Own Stripe’s unified commerce platform for Enterprise users worldwide Operate at both a massive and nuanced scale, identifying holistic investments for Stripe as well as specific needs for users. Represent Terminal and Stripe in external forums like front of users: directly engaging in product discovery and roadmapping conversations. S et a motivating multi-year vision and then break it down into measurable, meaningful milestones for the Terminal Enterprise team. This includes creating buy-in, crafting roadmaps and OKRs, and navigating trade-offs Engage with various teams at Stripe like product partnerships, product marketing, partner marketing, product legal and vertical industry teams to collaborate on user and partner needs, industry events, and GTM motions. We’re looking for someone who has: 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent Experience working on B2B products, ideally with a track record of building for external users Technically adept systems thinker, ideally with an engineering degree strongly preferred. Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. You can make complex concepts accessible with clear communication. Nice to haves: Demonstrated success and strong execution track record in building payment products
