Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities Manage HRIS systems and maintain employee databases Generate HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, and workforce metrics Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing Manage employee benefits administration (insurance, reimbursements, leave policies) Resolve employee payroll and benefits queries Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies Maintain statutory documentation and support audits when required Implement and update HR policies and SOPs Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes Support HR automation and digital HR initiatives Act as a point of contact for employee HR operational queries Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Key Requirements: Master’s degree in human resources 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR compliance Experience with HRIS tools, workday preferable Understanding of payroll processes and labor laws Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
