Maintenance Engineer

Thermax Limited is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for its Pune, Maharashtra team. The role is centered on plant uptime, preventive maintenance planning, and breakdown response and will work across design reviews, production readiness, supplier coordination, and day-to-day engineering execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery, reduce mechanical risks, and support practical engineering decisions on drawings, process changes, troubleshooting, and documentation. The ideal candidate brings confidence with Preventive Maintenance, PLC Basics, Rotating Equipment, SAP PM and is comfortable stepping into a full-time role designed for engineers with 2-5 years experience.
